Ledgehill Lending is a small-business funding broker in Naples, FL, not a lender. This page sets out what that means for a request: who reviews it, who decides and who sets the terms.
Ledgehill Lending passes requests to funding partners and does not lend. Partners review each request, decide on it and set the rate and terms in a written offer.
Ledgehill Lending's role between owners and funding partners
Ledgehill Lending does not lend money, and it does not issue credit or merchant cash advances itself. It talks a request through with the owner, matches it to a funding type and passes it to funding partners: lenders and, for card-sales advances, providers that buy part of a business's future receivables.
Who decides on a funding request
Each funding partner reviews a request under its own criteria and decides whether to make an offer. Ledgehill Lending cannot change that decision, and a request sent through this site may lead to an offer or to none.
Offers, rates and terms come from the partner
Rates, payments, fees, collateral and every other term are set by the funding partner in its written offer. Figures on this site, including calculator results and worked examples, are illustrations with invented numbers, not quotes. Read any agreement in full, and ask the partner about anything unclear, before signing.
Funding this site does not arrange
Ledgehill Lending does not arrange startup loans, SBA loans, real estate or mortgage loans, personal or consumer loans, or factoring, and it handles no funding for trucking and agriculture businesses.
Details you share with the office
The request form collects a name, phone, email, company name, three ranges and a consent choice. How those details are used and shared is set out in the privacy policy, and text messages are covered by the SMS terms.
